DETAILS
April 19th, Schedule and Details
East Coast Times
11am-11:30am* - We start by welcoming all of the dancers participating in the event. MDC director, Michael Vadacchino will guide participants through a centering warm up to facilitate a feeling of grounding, openness and togetherness.
*timing could go over and we will have minutes to spare for any delays or extra details that need reviewing.
Classes begin at 12pm
All classes are about 75 minutes.
Classes will be assisted by and monitored by Michael and Sarah. They will be helping the teacher with music and any extra visual cues needed in the class.
A really cool part of your class experience: After classes are finished, Michael and Sarah will take 15-20 minutes to have a Q&A / Review session with the teacher for the students to listen in on. They will discuss any skills or techniques or corrections from class that may need to be reinforced to the students and / or inquire about additional content that would be valuable to the dancers. If possible (and easily manageable in a zoom meeting setting) students may be able to ask questions too!
